The St. Armands Business Improvement District completes the installation of the highly sought-after temporary bathroom facility in St. Armands Circle Park.
t. Armands Circle officially celebrated the opening of a new, temporary public restroom on Apr. 1, which is expected to help meet the needs of increased crowds during peak season.
The bathrooms are located on the North-West side of the inner circle park, across from Island Pursuit and the Tea and Spice Exchange, and will remain open to the public until mid-summer. Visitors and guests can access the facility daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The luxury, air-conditioned temporary restroom was recently outfitted with decorative fencing and St. Armands Circle-branded signage and will undergo additional beautification in the coming weeks.
Additional access to public restrooms has long been a top request for patrons and visitors to St. Armands Circle. In response to the overwhelming public interest, leaders from St. Armands Circle Association and the St. Armands BID have made it a top priority and hope to meet the surge in demand during peak season with the temporary structure.
Permanent public restrooms can also be found on the ground floor of the 500-space St. Armands Circle Parking Garage on the northeastern corner of N. Adams and Madison drives. There, patrons can access two sets of single-stall public restrooms.
